GREEK PASTA WITH PEARS AND FETA CHEESE

All the signs of greatness! You will love this this sweet, aromatic veggie pasta with pears and rosemary.
Traditionally, feta is made from sheep’s milk, but if you are looking for an alternative, you can try it with a strong Gorgonzola cheese or even a vegan version – it tastes wonderful!

Ingredients:

  • 200 g pasta gluten-free
  • 1-2 soft, ripe pears
  • 1 piece of feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

 

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta until “al dente” and set aside.
Wash, core and cut the pears into fine pieces.

Step 2

Heat the butter in a frying pan and toast rosemary with the pears for about 5-8 minutes on a medium heat.

Crumble the feta and simmer with the pears. Mix everything well until a creamy sauce is formed.

Step 3

Pour in a plant cream if you want it to be even more liquid.
Add the pasta to the sauce and season with pepper and some chilli.
